Yes, in each game framework we have a number of “free” templates. You’ll have access upon launch and can use them on day one.
Onboarding
After signing up, you can be running games using our pre-made templates in an hour. Developing new customer content can take a bit more time. Launching a well-planned card Sort game can take a few hours. A well planned and articulated Scenario game can take 1-2 days to fully polish.
Yes! Consider us a part of the team! We can set up a production workflow where you can request changes or assignments and our team will complete them. We can develop a custom service engagement level to address your needs.
Pricing
Administrators can be added for $250 each. This fee will be billed to your plan.
Enterprise Game Stack only bills annually to cover your full year of service.
Yes, educators receive a 20% discount on all available engagements.
We may offer non-profit discounts on a case by case basis. Send us your info, and we’ll see what we can do!
Privacy and security
We will not use or share any of your game content or player results internally or with 3rd parties. We do aggregate usage analytics for the purpose of improving the platform, but we do not own any of your content.
Your passwords and authentication are protected via industry-standard encryption. However, we do not encrypt game-level data and results, as encryption would prevent reporting, exports, and other data analysis.
We will delete your data and content within 7 business days.
Service
Yes, we do provide this service. Contact us, and we can design a plan to meet your needs.
Sure, we’re game pros! You can even apply the monthly assistance time provided with your engagement plan for this. Contact us for more details.
Support
Our support email and ticketing system is monitored during our normal business hours. Our goal is to provide an actionable response within 2 hours of accessing your request.
Training
Yes, all plans include a 1-hour onboarding and training session. We also provide assistance support based on your engagement plan. If you require support, please contact us.
No, our games are based on simple card games that will be familiar to most people. Please review our videos for Sort and Role Play for examples.
